I am dedicated to guiding you on a transformative path towards optimal health and wellbeing.

As a highly qualified, trauma-informed and experienced yoga therapist, I offer 1-1 sessions, and a variety of classes and retreats that can help support wellness in all areas of your life.

I also offer 1-1 integrative yoga psychotherapy for those times when you need more support to restore balance and find a renewed sense of wholeness and integration - body, mind and soul. (Having finished my formal training I am currently accruing client hours for NCIP registration).

Sessions are offered at my home in Lower Wield, Winchester and Basingstoke.

I`ve been attending Rebecca`s forest yoga sessions for around 4 months to date. The sessions are relaxed and calm in a lovely woodland setting. Rebecca starts the session with a grounding and arrival moment of thoughtfulness and reflection before beginning the session in earnest. Sessions follow a similar format weekly, however we discuss any niggles or injuries before commencing so that postures can be modified to meet any physical maladies. We always end with a short mindfulness exercise before Rebecca brings the hour to a close. She`s brought together a lovely group of people who attend regularly. I think the continued attendance speaks beautifully for Rebecca`s calm and relaxed approach. We wouldn’t attend if it wasn’t so helpful, relaxing and thoughtful. - L
