Feedback from our previous retreat:
“I absolutely loved everything about it.”
“I did actually wake up on Monday feeling pretty fabulous, absolutely recharged and positive. The first emotion was just 'happy'. The day for me was really perfect and worked so well. I actually had an overwhelming feeling of having been properly looked after all day (if that makes sense). Also what a lovely and uplifting group, always a little nervous about 'joining'. And the food....... oh my goodness completely reawakened me in the kitchen to refocus on fabulous healthy food. Rebecca, you are amazing and that really was the most incredible and memorable experience for me.”
“Just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU for an amazing day - loved every element of it and did take so much away. Really made me think about being mindful and taking time out every day to think - even went for a little walk before work today!!”
“Thank you so much for the most amazing day yesterday, I feel like I’ve been on holiday for at least a week! Everything was perfect: the relaxing yoga and swimming in your pond, the incredible food and you joining it all together”
“The retreat surpassed all my expectations.”
“Sign me up for the next one. You are so knowledgeable Rebecca, I have been practicing the breathing you taught us and am feeling much calmer.”
Every Solstice and Equinox
Are you ready to embark on a holistic journey of deep relaxation and spiritual rejuvenation? Join us for an unforgettable evening that blends the ancient wisdom of yoga with the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls.
I will guide you through a gentle yoga session suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike followed by a yoga nidra (deep relaxation). The wonderful Emma will then immerse you in the mesmerizing sounds and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, promoting deep relaxation and inner healing.
These evenings take place 4 times a year around the solstice and equinox.
"An evening of pure bliss! The combination of yoga and the soothing sound bath transported me to a place of deep relaxation and serenity."
"The sound bath left me feeling rejuvenated and completely at peace. I can't thank you enough for this incredible experience." -
"The yoga and sound bath evening was a profound escape from the stresses of everyday life."
"I came in feeling stressed and overwhelmed, but left with a sense of calm and inner harmony that stayed with me for days. Highly recommend!"
"A beautiful combination of movement and sound that left me feeling deeply connected to my body and spirit. I can't wait for the next event!"
"As someone new to both yoga and sound baths, I felt welcomed and guided throughout the evening. It was a transformative experience that I'll treasure."
This course will help you build self-awareness so that you can notice how you are feeling in the moment. This is important as it then enables you to take better care of yourself. With improved self-awareness you can ask yourself - how do I feel right now and know the answer. You will also have created a space from which to observe and ask - what is it that I need in this moment to bring me back into balance? And on this retreat you will learn new tools and techniques for making balance more accessible.
If you're feeling stuck, unmotivated, bogged down, heavy, lethargic, low in mood, cold, passive, bloated, overweight, unable to let go or have a tendency to hoard things a spring cleanse can be a wonderful way to rebalance and find the energy you need to enjoy the activity of the lighter, warmer summer months.

WORKSHOPS
WORKSHOPS
Designing Your Own Home Practice
The idea behind these workshops came from the question I get asked most often by my students: “How do I practice at home? I don’t know what to do or where to start?”
These workshops will provide a space for you to explore how you feel and come up with your own ideas on what a home practice might look like for you. Each workshop will start with some guided breath work and warming up asana. Then there will be time for you to do your own practice. I will be there if you need inspiration or guidance with a particular pose or symptom such as back ache, shoulder pain, anxiety, headaches, wanting more energy, promoting better sleep, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, grief. In these workshops you get to explore how you are feeling and then use your yoga practice to support yourself. It is yoga as self-care. We are not the same day to day and our yoga practice does not have to be the same day to day. When learning the asana a guided approach can be useful but once we know the forms it can be a wonderful experience to have the freedom and courage to be able to make our own adjustments and sequences.
The workshops will end with a group relaxation and mindfulness meditation.
If you’re curious and have done some yoga before then please get in touch.
What should I wear?
Any comfortable loose or stretchy clothing is fine. Yoga is generally practised without socks on but it is nice to bring some warm clothes etc. to put on at the end of class for the relaxation.
What should I bring with me?
Please bring your own mat and a blanket that you can use for support when sitting or in the yoga poses and to cover yourself during relaxation.
I’m not very flexible. Can I still do yoga?
Yes, yoga is for everyone. You will find that you can still still get a lot out of a yoga class even if you can’t touch your toes. Yoga is not like gymnastics, it is not about creating a very flexible body, although that may be a result of continued practice, the most important thing is to develop your awareness of your body and ultimately of yourself.

I will be leading an Ayurvedic cleanse online from 22 - 26 March.
Spring is here! The season of birth, new beginnings, renewal, and growth, making it a great time to take a cleanse to revitalise yourself after winter and get ready for the activity of summer.
On this cleanse we will:
Eat a simple Ayurvedic diet which is gentle on the digestive system allowing it time to heal and rebalance.
3 x 1 hour yoga classes to cleanse the body and mind through movement, breath and relaxation (09.00 Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
2 x 1 hour minute lunchtime meditation and inquiry sessions focused to getting to know our unique thought patterns, how they shape our lives and how we can cultivate a new relationship with them (13.00 Tuesday and Thursday)
WOOP a science-based mental strategy to help you fulfil your wishes and change your habits.
Overall this cleanse is an opportunity to have a good spring clear out of your body, mind, soul and maybe even your wardrobe or that draw it's hard to open and close because it's so full of stuff!!!
It will be a time to let go of lockdown and prepare for change as we look forward to things being a bit more 'normal'.
This cleanse is free and if at the end of the 5 days you feel you have benefitted and would like to make a donation towards my teaching and courses in the future you are welcome to donate according to your volition and your means via my website. Please go to the ‘our courses’ page.
