This course will help you build self-awareness so that you can notice how you are feeling in the moment. This is important as it then enables you to take better care of yourself. With improved self-awareness you can ask yourself - how do I feel right now and know the answer. You will also have created a space from which to observe and ask - what is it that I need in this moment to bring me back into balance? And on this retreat you will learn new tools and techniques for making balance more accessible.
You matter and you need to take care of yourself first so that you can then take better care of your family, friends and the earth. Like circles of joy and compassion expanding out from each of us into the community and the world.

Ayurvedic self-massage
Cold water immersion
Finding joy in daily life
Setting an intention
Self-compassion breaks
Performing random acts of kindness.
The 5-day package also contains a shopping list and daily meal plans for a gentle cleanse. This includes the 16:8 fast diet and the opportunity to give up sugar, caffeine, dairy, gluten and carbs for 5 days to see what affect this has on your health.
